Extension of Belvedere Park

After a meticulous six-year application process, we are thrilled to announce the approval of planning permission to extend Belvedere Park into the neighboring 15 acres. This expansion will be carefully phased over the coming 6-8 years.

This exciting development will bring about significant positive changes and the addition of new facilities that will benefit both Belvedere and Rainwater residents alike. Over recent years we have welcomed suggestions from our residents, and we have listened to you again with the following facilities planned for implementation:

• Five new lakes and 100 lakeside plots carefully integrated into the natural landscape, providing serene and picturesque waterfront settings for our community.

• Outdoor Common Area with Cooking Facilities (BBQ) and Heating: This communal space for socialising and enjoying the outdoors, equipped with BBQ facilities and heating for year-round use.

• Recreational Areas: Open green spaces designed for families, children and residents of all ages to enjoy.

• Dedicated 2-acre Wildlife Area: Immerse yourself in nature with walking trails and seating, providing a peaceful space to appreciate the beauty of our local Lincolnshire wildlife.

• Dedicated Parking Area for Rainwater: Ensuring convenient and accessible parking for Rainwater residents during wet and busy periods.
